Napping

The trouble with luxuriating in a cheeky afternoon nap is that you can't sleep come night time. It's 01.53 where I am - I'm bright eyed, bushy tailed and looking for food in the fridge.

I know it too... Sometimes I´m so tired during the day, that I nap trough the day, but then at night I cant sleep so I do not sleep much and then I´m again tired during the day, I take a nap and so it goes around...
